These are four groups which can be called the direct path. The non-innocent cannot be called the straight path, In the Ghadeer Sermon, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: O people, I am the straight path which Allah has commanded you to follow. After me, the direct path is Ali ibn Abi Talib, then my son who will be from the lineage of Ali (peace be upon him).
(The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) besieged the Straight Path) Mentors are the ones who show people the right path. They are calling people to the straight path. But they themselves cannot become a direct path above any price. Because the straight path is the path of those who are blessed by Allah, the Exalted and the Exalted. It is said, Show us the straight path, the path of those upon whom You have sent down Your rewards, And they are four groups
The first group is among the prophets
The second group is from the martyrs
The third Guru is from the Siddiquis
And the fourth group is from the righteous
And these four groups are the ones whom Allah the Exalted and Exalted Himself makes Mustafa and chooses. Their footsteps are called the straight path.
Ameerul Momineen Ali (peace be upon him) himself said that not even a single person of this Ummah can be hypothesized from us. Maula has used the word Ahud, not even Wahid. And this ummah cannot be equaled in any way by those on whom the blessings of Muhammad (peace be upon him) flow. Associating innocent people with the virtues of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) is a fault on their part and it is called a fault.
It is necessary to respect any dying time, but its order is not obligatory on us, nor is it a duty, nor will we suffer any punishment or sin by disobeying their order. By disobeying their orders, our actions may be wrong, not our belief, because authority is related to our actions and not to our beliefs. Our belief is research and our practice is imitation.
Disobeying the dictates of any reference time may make my actions wrong, but not my actions
The Imams of the Masoomin (peace be upon them) have authority over us on behalf of the Infallible Imams (peace be upon them) and the Imams of the Infallible (peace be upon them) have authority over them from Allah the Exalted.
A student of Alam Haider Qom objected to my writing
Peace be upon you and may God’s mercy and blessings be upon you
Mashallah, what a contradiction
Has no scholar been martyred in history?
No righteous scholar has passed in history.
Reply to Objection
I am jealous of your misunderstanding and helplessness. I don’t know how long you have been in Qom but I think that you are lying in Qom and not studying
Here Shaheed means witness. A witness is also a witness and a martyr is also a witness. There is a difference between the two. A witness is someone who is sometimes a witness and sometimes not. It is a condition for the martyr to be present at the time of the incident. You have full knowledge about the incident. And be honest in describing the incident. That is why the Lord of the worlds made Ali Ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him) a witness to the Prophet’s message. That when Muhammad Mustafa (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was being crowned with the crown of Prophethood, there was one who was going to wear the crown and he was present in front of the one who became the Messenger. Pick up any Arabic dictionary and see this meaning. Number two, they are not the righteous ones we call righteous. These are the righteous servants of Allah on whom we recite salam in prayer, and they are innocent, salam can be recited on them 24 hours a day.
Abd Salih of our time is the Imam of our time. If you did not understand anything, you would have asked questions, not objected. May Allah grant you the ability to read, write and understand.
Only Syed Shabia Al-Reza Zaidi Al-Husseini
Question from Mr Riaz Hussain Chaudhry.
Maulana Sahib, the last paragraph of his writing is about Hujjat. Please explain it further. Thanks a lot,
Answer
[Peace be upon you, thank you very much for your question
I will try my best to answer your question.
This hadith is blessed, that is, the answers to the questions that were sent to the service of the Imam (a.s.) were sealed and sent back by the Maula, these are called Tawqiyat. That is, the answers that came with the seal of Imam (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
The blessed hadith is very famous that the government said that whenever an event occurs in front of you from the cycle of time, you should refer to our narrators of hadiths, they are a proof for you from us and we from Allah for them. There are evidences, whoever rejects them will be counted as rejecting us.
Description:
The events that have occurred since the time of rotation. They are not related to beliefs. For that, beliefs do not change with me. Therefore, our clients have been declared to be the authority for jurisprudential issues. I have written before that our beliefs are exploratory. The problems are imitative. Here, the reference time is either called Hakim Sharia or Faqih. And here Imam, may God bless him and grant him peace, has used the word “Rawa'”. And “Rawa” is the plural of Ravi. This means that there can be many hadith narrators at a time. He can also be called Hakim Shariah and Wali Faqih. However, Imam Khomeini issued a fatwa to establish the system of Islam in the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating that there will be one jurist.
Now, two issues arise here, one is that his fatwa is valid for his followers. For those who follow the example of another mujtahid, this theory is not found here. Therefore, they are not bound by this fatwa. Islam is a religion of moderation and things should be heard and understood with moderation so that we can practice our religion. I am free in the research of my beliefs to make my belief by getting information from different scholars, reading and writing. Because belief cannot be imitated
